Who’s the support on this tour? Or are they picking up local bands?

What's the lineup for this tour, besides Evan? I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.

Had a great evening in Southampton last night, typical Dando, smashing through the songs with a few smiles and laughs throughout the show.

I can't seem to embed the youtube vids, but the links are below. Enjoy.

I'm just back from the gig in London, which was absolutely blinding. I have lost count of the number of Evan gigs I have seen, but this was one of the best. Ev really seemed to be enjoying himself, brought Nick Solomon from the Beavis Fond for a fab cover of Lights Are Changing, then played a great mix of classics and rarities (left for dead, hate your friends, stove etc...).

Can't wait for the Paris gig !

Fun fact 23 about yesterday :

Evan sang bits of "Oh Yoko!" at the beginning of Outdoor Type, I had never noticed the smiliarity ! I had realized how close it was to Billy Bragg's "Great Leap Forward", but not Oh Yoko !

I have said this already, I'll say it again : The Outdoor Type is the best song in the world, no question about that ! It gets me every time, the whole audience sings perfectly, always a wonderful moment.

This thread is a bit quiet so....

Fun Fact 41 about the London gig (Evan was in a really good mood) :

He changed the Frank Mills lyrics to "He resembles George Harrison of Shed Seven".

General hilarity ensued of course. Everyone but Ev had forgotten about Shed Seven I suppose. I had.

"Did you ever walk some place, 'till you saw double" made me laugh at the Newcastle gig. Not sure it was intended but was delivered seamlessly. He was superb that night, as good as i've ever seen him / the lemonheads in countless times. Fantastic venue too, perfect acoustics for his voice, and complete respect from packed crowd, no chattering over songs like there often is. Fantastic setlist too, more like his extended solo set which i prefer, delivered by full band, duo with Chris Brokaw and solo. His guitar playing was more expressive too. Was fantastic.
